Our focus is on designing one strong concept instead of multiple approaches, although we do experiment & play around in the process. We avoid showing different directions which leads to confusion & decision fatigue. Instead, we present one complete design concept. Once its revised & locked, we hand over the agreed deliverables to make your brand shine.

Hi, we're KAOS! This step is our first contact. Let's get to know each other over a nice cup of coffee & talk about desired goals, plan on how to achieve them & collaborating.

We start by listening & understanding the Why, What & How. Why is this an issue? What is repeatedly being talked & complained about? How are we going to approach this? We ask questions & listen to get to the very core of your frustration. Sometimes it's not as much the answers, but the explanation & thought process behind it. We clarify deliverables before digging in.

We put ourselves in your shoes to get an even deeper & better understanding. We delve into, explore & map out what needs to be done. By understanding the task at hand, we can start designing with intention.

Now's the time to get visual. We create components, layouts & frameworks tailored to your needs. Our focus is on designing one strong concept instead of multiple approaches, although we do experiment & play around in the process. We avoid showing different directions which leads to confusion & decision fatigue. Instead, we present one complete design concept.

Once the design concept is revised & locked, we create the agreed outputs. We hand over files as a complete & systematic pack & design necessary templates.
